POOR COSTUMER SRVICE.
I have emailed them twice, called them but no one is picking up the call. Text them and no response.
Reasons: I ordered 2 set of Jade color.
I received an email saying that my order was delivered on May 29th to Amazon Hub location near me. But I have not received any Amazon hub code. Usually, they do.
I emailed them about the getting code so I pick up my order. No response about giving the code. Email again June 1st. Still not solving any of this issue.
I called and no one is picking up the call.
I texted them, no text back either.
WHAT THE HELL IS HOUNG ON?!!.

I am a fan of the Zamora jogger bottoms- I have them in a few colours. But I find that some of the colours seem to be see-through. I noticed a co-worker wearing the teal colour and I could see her underwear through them. I recently got the red pair and I have to wear a beige bra with it or else you can see it clearly. Not impressed with the lack of consistency in the fabrics.

I had figs scrubs years ago and at the time they fit nicely. I recently got a few different styles of their scrubs. The scrub pants are made to fit models(either super thin bodies or hour glass figures). I'm 5'5 and weigh 128 lbs, and these were just not flattering for my body. FYI to the figs company- make note that not all women want tight fitted scrub pants "yoga waist band". Also, the colors don't really match, i got the navy top and navy bottom and they were not the exactly the same color, i got a different set and had the same problem. The scrubs are too hyped & are not worth your hard earn money- but if you're anything like me then you'll probably buy them and try them on for yourself and then realize that they are not worth the money. You are better off with the old fashion hospital scrubs!

Figs have refused to refund my return due to their own error. Now they've got my money and are ignoring me. NEVER BUY.
Also the scrubs were pretty ugly, get Dickies instead.

Honestly, I was excited to see how different these scrubs are from the ones I can typically buy at the store. I am actually really disappointed because,
1.) Shipping took over a week.
2.) The scrubs feel really suffocating.
3.) Material is not breathable, nor is it flexible.
4.) Ridiculously expensive, 2 pairs: top and bottom over $80.00.
I got my size and it was the right size I usually wear. I am from Florida it is important to have breathable and flexible scrubs.
Unfortunately, the material does not meet the standards and it is not worth the price as advertised. I was able to buy better quality scrubs at Uniform City and Scrubs and Stuff locally.

Unbelievable poor marketing strategy targeting female physicians and DOs. Will never purchase anything from them.

Poor customer service

I bought a pair of scrubs, received them and had to buy one size up because of how small they run. I'm usually a medium or large, but definitely needed to order XL for them to fit me properly. To give the most accurate review: these are fitted scrubs. So if you are wanting a little room in your bottoms/tops order a size up. They run small. The main reason for my review is also 3 weeks later- top has a tear in the sleeve. So depressing and waste of money.

So far my experience with the company is good. Their scrubs are by far the softest scrubs that I have worn (maybe softer than Grey's Anatomy and those are soft!). They came within a week with standard shipping so they come really fast. The scrubs are comfortably loose but at the same time flattering on the figure. I just wish they were less expensive.

Got 2 sets of FIGS for the veterinarians I work with, they love them and look great in them! Sizing was as described. Thanks FIGS for making gift giving so easy, love the humanitarian aspect of your company.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I love my FIGS scrubs. One of my dental hygienists has been wearing them for the past year and adores them, so I went online and placed my order. I followed the sizing chart and when I put them on they fit PERFECTLY!! I was so accustomed to boxy and baggy scrubs, but FIGS are stylish and flattering. I have never received so many compliments before. Not only that, but they are so comfortable.....I have even worn them as pajamas!!
I cannot say enough about what a great product FIGS puts out...Thank you FIGS!!

I’m a plastic surgeon and I worked in so many different countries ... and what I can tell is ... I never found scrub so comfortable as Figs . For my point of view are the best scrubs in the world .
I can’t work anymore without a figs lab coat !!! Thank you Figs !!!
